Dowling is a repetory theatre Movement Director and in this worshop she teaches the principles of the Alexander Technique both as a preparation for work and as a technical basis from which to release performance. Shows how the Alexander Technique releases muscular tension throughout the body, helps relieve and prevent pain, and move with greater comfort and ease. |
